Chocolate Gravy and Biscuits

One of the traditions from JT's family is Chocolate gravy and biscuits. When we were visiting @ his family's, that was one of the treats that was a frequent breakfast for us. Well, today both kids (and grandpups) were home for the Columbus day holiday and guess what I made? My last attempt (5 years ago) was a flop, so I had feared repeating it....but turned out really right today.

(made too much tho......anybody want to come over???)

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (Hershey's)
Directions
1Mix all the dry ingredients. Melt butter and stir in the dry stuff to make a roux. then add the m ilk and stir over medium heat till boiling and thick. serve over hot biscuits
